Brief r3

You are one member of a three-model review council (Codex / gpt-6-astra, Claude Fable 5.1, Claude Opus 5.5). Today is 2026-10-08. This is ROUND 3 of the review of the ecsodus App Runner plan (milestone M5): an approval vote.

Round 2 voted on docs/council/v0.2/plan-r2.md: docs/council/v0.2/astra-r2.md = REJECT (2 P1: certificate collision detection precedes certificate creation; worker-on vs the unknown task_definition), docs/council/v0.2/opus-r2.md = APPROVE WITH NOTES, docs/council/v0.2/fable-r2.md = APPROVE WITH NOTES (including a factual error r2 introduced about the VPC connector security groups). The maintainer revised the plan into docs/PLAN-v0.2.md (r3). Its §16 maps every round-2 P1, P2 and P3 to where it is addressed; §15 still maps round 1.

Your job: read docs/PLAN-v0.2.md (r3) in full and all three round-2 votes, check r3 against the repository (docs/PLAN.md, docs/adr/, src/ecsodus/, tests/fixtures/copilot/) and, if you have web access, against AWS / Terraform provider / Copilot source documentation, then decide whether r3 is approved as the plan to build M5a (0.3.0) and M5b (0.4.0) from.

  • For each round-2 P1 and each round-2 note, say whether r3 addresses it.
  • Flag anything r3 introduced that is wrong or unsafe (in particular the new staged steps: 2a cert-request, 2b import of an unowned matching validation record, 8a/8b/8c taskdef-on / worker-off / worker-on, the extended import-phase forget, the rollback path, and the new_host decision).
  • Do not re-litigate stated maintainer decisions or the council-consensus answers recorded in §12, unless unsafe.
  • Only REJECT for a remaining P0 or P1. P2/P3 items are notes the maintainer folds in during the build.

Output format (markdown), terse:
